What is Cusmaa Escrow?
Cusmaa holds your payment securely until your order is completed and you are satisfied. Vendors only receive payment after you confirm receipt of your order.

How it works

You pay in full
After approving the mockup, you make a 100% full payment. Your money goes into Cusmaa escrow — not directly to the vendor.

Vendor starts production
Once payment is confirmed in escrow, the vendor begins production. They know payment is secured and will proceed immediately.

You receive your order
Vendor ships your order with a tracking number. You can track the delivery status directly in Cusmaa.

Payment released
Only after you confirm receipt of your order does Cusmaa release the full payment to the vendor. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

What Cusmaa protects you from

Vendors disappearing
Since payment is held in escrow, vendors cannot take your money and disappear without completing your order.
Quality issues
If the product does not match the approved mockup, you can raise a dispute before payment is released.
Non-delivery
If your order is not delivered, Cusmaa will investigate and refund your payment from escrow.
Scams and fraud
All transactions happen within Cusmaa. No external bank transfers or direct payments to vendors.
Refund policy
If there is a dispute, Cusmaa will review the case and make a fair decision. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.
