Getting started

Register as vendor
Fill in your business details, upload your SSM document, IC, and bank statement. Our team will verify within 1-2 business days.

Set up your profile
Upload your logo, banner image, and portfolio. Write a clear description of your services and set your pricing.

Create your services
Add your service packages with pricing, minimum order, and delivery timeframe. Be specific to attract the right customers.

Start receiving orders
Once approved, customers can discover and order from you. Respond quickly to maintain a high response rate.

How orders work

Customer submits brief
Customer sends brief with design file, sizes, quantity, and requirements.

You prepare mockup
Prepare and upload a mockup within your set timeframe (max 5 days).

Customer approves & pays
Customer approves mockup and makes full 100% payment into Cusmaa escrow.
4
You start production
Begin production immediately. Update status in your dashboard.

Ship the order
Ship the order and enter the tracking number in your dashboard.
6
Payment released
After customer confirms receipt, Cusmaa releases full payment to your account.

Tips to succeed on Cusmaa

Upload quality portfolio
Customers decide based on your past work. Upload high-quality photos of your best jerseys, hoodies, or other products.
Set realistic mockup time
Set a mockup turnaround time you can consistently meet. 1-2 days is ideal. Faster response = more orders.
Price competitively
Research competitor pricing on Cusmaa. Start with competitive pricing to build your rating and reviews.
Respond fast
Reply to customer messages within 1 hour. Fast response rate builds trust and increases your visibility on the platform.
Keep tracking updated
Update order status and tracking number promptly. Customers appreciate transparency throughout the process.
Request reviews
After completing an order, politely ask customers to leave a review. Reviews are the most powerful trust signal on Cusmaa.
Commission & earnings
Cusmaa charges a flat 10% commission on every completed order. There are no hidden fees, no monthly charges, and no upfront costs. You only pay when you earn.
Example: If you receive an order for RM500, Cusmaa takes RM50 (10%) and you receive RM450.
